Absolute delight to deal with Remon at Tech Lab. I communicated with him first about the issue I had with a broken camera part, and then went to see him at his shop knowing that he had the skills to do the job. And within 20 minutes the repair was complete! All in all a first class repair service, and I would most certainly use him again for any kind of electronic repair that I may need in the future! Customer service is lovely. I sent a Macbook with a broken screen in for repair, and they were very helpful, but the screen that came back was glitchy. They were extremely kind to repair it again for free— but the screen that came back this time has a faulty camera. I think I just got struck with bad luck twice in a row.
Freesate box hard drive broken, phone freesate and they say youll have to buy a new box £235, spoke to Tech Lab, they provided new hard drive £40. Great service, thank you Tech Lab
iPad Pro not charging over weekend, posted on Monday, received back fixed on Thursday! Very responsive, considered and prompt communication and very effective repair to charging port (so far!) 😁 Would absolutely recommend and use again if necessary! Thanks
