Standard repairs commonly take around one to three working days after the device is received and the required parts are available. Complex repairs may take five to seven working days or longer.
When the actual fault differs from the original quote, we will contact you with the findings and any revised cost before additional chargeable work proceeds.
The return method depends on the booking, parcel size, value and postage option selected. Tracking information is provided when the repaired device is dispatched.
