An excellent first class quality service. I would not hesitate to use Tech Lab again after they fixed my iPad Pro 12.9 faulty charging port.
The iPad was not charging. Two local companies said it was a battery issue so I booked it into iSmash for a replacement. iSmash could not fix it telling me there was a logic board issue.
So I contacted Tech Lab having found them on Google explaining the problem and if they thought it was something they could repair. They responded immediately. I booked the repair via their website selecting the fast track repair option which included Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping both ways.
It was repaired and posted back the same day Tech Lab received it. They got it on Tuesday, diagnosed a faulty charging port which they replaced with a genuine Apple part. I received it back on Wednesday the following day.
They kept me informed throughout the whole process. Very professional and genuinely impressive.

Remon responded to my email regarding the charging port on Galaxy tablet within 24 hrs.
Took the tablet in later that day and discussed the possibility of having to replace the screen as it had 3 to 4 areas of fan shaped splinters.
I left the Tablet with the understanding of the possible cost and timescale.
Within 48 hours Remon contacted me to say he had replaced the charging port and it was ready for collection.
Remon had managed to complete the repair without having to replace the screen.
This is the 3rd time I have used Tech Lab for repairs, and would recommend their business to anyone.

Just like everyone else i congratulate this firm for repairing my ipad charging port. This was done in a super fast time frame sending it to them on tuesday afternoon and reciving it back via royal mail on the following friday lunchtime thannkyou techlab would not hesitate to put furthur business your way and the price was very good.

I took my nintendo switch in for some microsoldering work, and Remon was friendly, helpful and fast. He charged a good price for his excellent work, and was also very helpful over the phone, helping me schedule the work and sorting out specifics.
